Position Summary:   

We welcome a motivated Product Manager (Arabic) to manage a brand-new project, an Advanced Cargo Information and Trade Marketplace. This is a unique and pivotal opportunity to establish a dynamic and dedicated team that will have a profound impact on the Trade ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with product and business teams to gather and document business requirements

-Conduct detailed analysis of business data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

-Work with the product and business teams to develop and drive the product roadmap

-Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management. 

-Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, technologies, and industry best practices 

-Guide and monitor the development and testing of new products and services, ensuring they meet business and user requirements

-Assist in the preparation of business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives

-Collaborate with IT teams to define system requirements, participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide feedback for system enhancements

-Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations, reports, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders



-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT,  Economics, or a related field is an advantage

-Ability to multi-task and work in a cross-functional and multinational environment 

-Knowledge of product development lifecycle  

-Understanding of Agile development processes and methodology, ability to work with technical teams  

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail

-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage changing priorities

-Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

-Familiarity with electronic payment systems, financial transactions, and industry regulations is an advantage

-Fluency in English and Arabic
