Guinea representatives attend Webb Fontaine Summit

The Webb Fontaine 2025 Summit continues this Tuesday, May 13, 2025, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Launched the day before, it brings together key decision-makers from customs and port authorities across Africa. This event provides a unique platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation in digitalization and trade facilitation.

The Guinean delegation, led by Chief of Staff Youssef Nana Téninké DIARÉ, is composed of the Director General of GUCEG and Director of Webb Fontaine Guinea, the Deputy Director General of Customs, as well as the Director of the Autonomous Port of Conakry.

During this summit, Guinean representatives had the opportunity to lead panels with stakeholders from other countries. They were able to:

  • Discover best practices and successes of the region's main ports and customs;

  • Explore innovative solutions for trade facilitation;

  • Participate in debates bringing together leaders and experts in the sector;

  • Develop their network with peers and key stakeholders to strengthen collaborations.

The Webb Fontaine Summit 2025 will conclude this Tuesday, May 13, 2025 in Dubai.
