Alioune is a driving force behind Webb Fontaine's strategic vision, overseeing innovative trade digitalisation projects globally in collaboration with key governments and partners. A thought leader in the trade and customs field, he integrates new technology to drive practical implementation and shift mindsets. Alioune has led groundbreaking initiatives, including smart fraud detection for the Nigeria Customs Service.

With 24 years at the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, he served as the Project Coordinator for Africa and the Middle East. His influence extends to active participation in panel discussions with esteemed organisations such as the World Customs Organisation, United Nations, AFRITAC (IMF Regional Center for West Africa), WB/IFC, and the African Shippers Council Organisation.

Ara is instrumental in Webb Fontaine’s advancement of AI-driven technologies for international trade, having curated and shaped the portfolio of powerful trade technologies. Driven by a commitment to customer satisfaction, he champions innovation across our research and development centres in France, Armenia, and the Philippines.

With a seventeen-year tenure at Webb Fontaine, Ara has consistently spearheaded the company's research and development efforts, now among the largest in the sector. His previous roles include Director of Engineering and Director of Research & Development.

Cherazed leads Webb Fontaine's global finance function, driving the Group's financial strategy, governance, and long-term value creation across its international operations. She plays a central role in supporting the delivery of large-scale government digitalization projects, ensuring financial resilience, strong governance, and sustainable growth while partnering closely with the Group's executive leadership.

She began her career in Luxembourg, where she built a strong foundation in corporate finance, audit, and international taxation. Since then, she has led strategic initiatives in treasury optimization, financial transformation, corporate structuring, and the strengthening of financial governance across multiple jurisdictions. Based at the Group's headquarters in Dubai, she is committed to building a high-performing finance organization that enables sound decision-making, operational excellence, and long-term business success.
