Conference of Director Generals Congo: World Customs Organization

We would like to congratulate the Director General of Customs of the Republic of Congo, Guénolé Mbongo Koumou, who was appointed by consensus of his peers Vice-President of the Council of the World Customs Organization (WCO) for the West and Central Africa region (AOC). It was during the Conference of Director Generals of this organisation, held by video conference, Thursday, September 24, 2020.
