Webb Fontaine's climate protection efforts
In our commitment to environmental responsibility, Webb Fontaine has taken steps to offset all travel emissions generated in 2019. We are thrilled to share that we have been honoured with a prestigious Certificate of Climate Protection for our contribution in compensating 813 tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions. By investing in South Pole's impactful climate protection project, Safe Community Water Supply in Rwanda, we are actively working towards a sustainable future.
This initiative not only showcases our dedication to environmental stewardship but also highlights our firm belief in making a positive impact on the world around us. At Webb Fontaine, we understand the importance of taking concrete actions to address climate change, and we are proud to be part of a project that provides safe and sustainable water solutions to communities in need.
This Certificate of Climate Protection serves as a testament to our ongoing efforts to reduce our carbon footprint and support meaningful projects that benefit both the environment and local communities. Webb Fontaine remains committed to driving positive change through technology and innovation, and we will continue to seek opportunities to contribute to a greener, more sustainable world.
In addition to our recent achievement of receiving the Certificate of Climate Protection for offsetting travel emissions, we are excited to share that Webb Fontaine Côte d’Ivoire has been recognised by the World Customs Organization (WCO) with a prestigious Certificate of Merit. This award acknowledges our dedication to excellence in providing innovative customs solutions and services in Côte d’Ivoire.
