This prompted the government to implement stringent regulations and standards to safeguard consumer health and safety, protect the environment, and promote fair trade practices. Consequently, the demand for reliable goods testing services has grown significantly.
The Philippine government, through the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), recognises the importance of third-party inspection bodies in ensuring compliance with national and international standards. In recent years, there has been a growing trend towards outsourcing goods testing and inspection services to specialised firms like Webb Fontaine. This trend is driven by the need for expertise, efficiency, and reliability in testing procedures, especially in industries such as oil and gas, chemicals, and coal.

Process pipe and tank calibration
Webb Fontaine played a crucial role in enhancing commodities inspection by providing calibration services for process pipes and tanks in the Philippines. Using our expert measurement techniques and equipment, we ensured the accuracy of these vital components, contributing to operational efficiency and safety. Our involvement led to improved accuracy of measurements, enhanced operational efficiency, and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements.
Survey and attendance for bulk shipments of alcohol
In our partnership with the Philippines, Webb Fontaine played a pivotal role in conducting surveys and managing attendance for bulk alcohol shipments. Leveraging our operational expertise, Webb Fontaine provided comprehensive surveying and attendance management services to ensure accuracy and security throughout the shipment process. Monthly coal volumetric survey
