Webb Fontaine launches ZERØ at the WCO Technology Conference 2026
From 26 to 28 January 2026, we participated in the WCO Technology Conference 2026 in Abu Dhabi, once again as a Corporate Sponsor, where we launched Webb Fontaine ZERØ, our groundbreaking LLM-based concept for Customs.
Officially launched on the first day of the conference, ZERØ is built on a simple idea: Customs administrations should be able to shape their own systems by interacting with AI, rather than waiting on long development cycles. The response was immediate, with strong interest from Customs leaders in how ZERØ could change the way they work.
Our presence went well beyond the launch. Our booth, keynote sessions and AI-powered in-house games gave visitors a hands-on view of our approach, and our teams from R&D, implementation, sales and marketing were on the ground throughout the event, meeting Customs administrations, clients and partners from around the world.
The enthusiasm, questions and discussions confirmed one thing: the future of Customs technology is already here.
We thank the WCO organising committee, the Customs community, our clients and partners, and every visitor who stopped by our booth or joined our keynote sessions. We look forward to continuing these conversations throughout 2026.
