A talented and seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist with progressive career growth and a sound record of excelling the challenges of a tough competitive market is invited to join the Human Resources Management team of Webb Fontaine Armenia.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is required to be highly solution-focused and will bring new recruitment strategies, enlarge and enrich our talent pipeline, provide creative social media engagement with prospective employees, create relationships with educational institutions and other stakeholders.



  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs;
  • Determine selection criteria;
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks);
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews;
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details;
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements;
  • Lead employer branding initiatives in cooperation with marketing unit;
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events;
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates;
  • Gather data and analyze them periodically or ad hoc to get insights on the development of selection and recruitment.



  • Higher education in human resources management or any relevant field;
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in tech recruitment;
  • Working experience in IT company as TA specialist or Technical Recruiter is a must;
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github);
  • Keen to learn new approaches;
  • Ability to analyze data and generate new ideas;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Sound verbal and written skills in Armenian and English languages;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • High level of professionalism when dealing with sensitive data.
