The Webb Fontaine Marketing team is looking for a social media extraordinaire. We are looking for someone to power our digital presence and engagement through relevant and engaging activities. We are looking for someone with experience across paid and organic with an eye for details and engagement. How can we bring our channels to life and engage with the people that matter the most in our tech community?

What you will do:

– Build and execute a social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification that brings our channels and culture to life online

– Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling

– Manage and create our online community, and develop strategies to increase

– Creation of content which meets which grabs the attention of the people that matter the most

– Develop and deliver social media optimization (SMO) across all platforms

– Develop and deliver paid digital campaigns and advertising through audience creation and identification in the communities that matter to us the most

– Be able to tell the story of Webb Fontaine and its culture and position the brand as a leader and an innovator

– Stay current with social media trends and best practices

– Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately

– Create and implement a social media marketing plan and editorial calendar

– Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes

– Create clear KPIs for evaluating campaigns

What you will bring in:

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field

– 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing and social media

– Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

– Knowledge of project management best practices

– Understanding of social media metrics; ability to interpret the results and take action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns

– Strong written and verbal communication skills
