Position Summary:

We are looking for a Human Resources Officer responsible for managing human resources, and implementing the HR strategy defined at the corporate level for your locality, under the supervision of the local HR Director and the Regional HR Manager.

The HR Officer will also ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and that human resources are managed following the rules and standards in force in the country.

 

Key responsibilities: 

-Act as a subject matter expert and provide day-to-day support in human operations, including problem-resolution

-Develop and continuously improve HR process efficiencies and data quality control to support people management strategies

-Manage health insurance plans, and benefits, including hiring and poaching of employees as well

-Work with the global and local teams for people projects implementation, testing, documentation, training, and change management

-Maintain the employee register, monitoring employee files

-Ensure that the company’s HR policies and procedures are drafted and revised as necessary, compliant with legislation, and in line with corporate processes

-Ensure the correct HR controls are in place and the HR department is maintained in a status of audit readiness

-Act as a resource person for HR management to ensure employees have a good understanding and correct application of payroll and HR policies

-Prepare activity reports on the compliance of the HR function and the rules in force, to be submitted to the Human Resources Director

-Work with Global Talent acquisition in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and coordinating interviews

-Collaborate with the Excellence Center on all training and development initiatives

-Coordinate the objective setting and performance appraisal process

 

Qualifications:

-At least 3 years of relevant practical experience in HR management specifically, administrative and operations

-Elevated level of planning and organizational skills

-Good verbal and written communication skills in English, in addition to effective interpersonal skills

-Good analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile, and analyze data

-Requires exceptional time management

-Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment, with an aptitude to understand the effect of decisions overall in the company

-Required to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion
