On 29 and 30 April 2026, leaders from government, the private sector and financial institutions gathered in Paris, France, for the PRICE Forum. They shared a common objective: unlocking investment through smarter, more efficient systems.
We were invited to contribute to the conversation, with our Vice President Sales, Sarah Ndaw, speaking on digital innovation.
Our message was clear: artificial intelligence, and more specifically agentic AI, is already transforming how Customs administrations operate. These are not tools for the distant future. From faster decision-making to stronger risk management, they are redefining how countries facilitate and secure trade today.
The link to investment is direct. Investors look for predictable, transparent and efficient trade environments. When goods clear borders quickly and rules are applied consistently, costs fall and confidence grows. Modern Customs systems are therefore part of the foundation for attracting investment, not just an operational matter.
Our session showed how AI-driven Customs can help countries meet both goals at once: securing revenue and borders while making trade easier for legitimate businesses. We thank the organisers of the PRICE Forum for the invitation, and everyone who joined the discussion in Paris.
