Webb Fontaine sponsored the 31st Intermodal Africa in Namibia from 27 to 29 February 2024.
Supported by the Strategic Partner, Ports Management Association for East and Southern Africa (PMAESA), the event was hosted by the Namibian Ports Authority (NAMPORT).
This leading event aimed to boost trade and economic growth in the SADC region by focusing on efficient and reliable transport and logistics. It also sought to attract foreign direct investment and international business tourism to Namibia and the broader region.
The two-day conference featured 30 world-class international business leaders who analyzed the latest global transportation and logistics trends.
The event attracted 350 key players from the global transport and logistics sector, including shipping lines, rail operators, cargo owners, freight forwarders, logistics providers, investors, and technology companies.
At the conference, Webb Fontaine had a speaking slot and a booth to share industry expertise and allow for professional networking.
