Implementation of Government Executive Vision as real-time dashboard of key Economic, Financial and Operational indicators related to International Trade

  • Harmonizing data towards standardized national trade data set aligned to the WCO Data Model V3, this is a practical implementation of the model for regulatory agencies.
  • Change management and capacity building: design training programs and deliver training in line with the implementation schedule of the National Single Window (NSW); coordinate and deliver short, mid and long term business training and change management programmes across all stakeholders
